The Wichita Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (WAMPO) is the MPO for the Wichita metro region, serving 22 municipalities across Sedgwick, Butler, and Sumner counties. WAMPO has partnered with ETC Institute to conduct a household travel survey of residents in the WAMPO planning region.

A Survey that Serves your Community
Household Travel Surveys are different than other surveys. These surveys make real changes where you live. Your input will improve the lives of the people you care about AND you get *paid for that input!

WAMPO leads the metropolitan transportation planning process to support broader community goals like economic vitality, air quality, environmental stewardship, and overall quality of life. They are currently conducting a household travel survey in the Wichita metro region, which includes 22 municipalities across Sedgwick, Butler, and Sumner counties, to better understand how residents travel in the area.

WAMPO has contracted with ETC Institute and their household travel division to administer this survey.

The results will be used by WAMPO and local officials to plan future transportation improvements in the area.
